Well, I’m not moving to Winnemucca and so it’s finally time for me to close up this blog.
If you’d like to take it over, I’ll be happy to transfer it over to you for a token payment of $1.
Email me if you’re interested.

Google is looking for people to go from business to business to collect information for Google Maps, and they’ll pay $10 for every company you talk to. The Humboldt County Chamber of Commerce has over 200 members. How many other local businesses aren’t members? Think of the money you could make just walking around town and talking to people.
No selling required.

Speaking of bunnies (see previous post), another Craigslist ad has a free bunny to a good home:
Darling black and white male bunny. Our two males are not getting along anymore and we can’t keep them both. He’s 5 month old and weighs 3 lbs. Very friendly and outgoing. He’s a houserabbit and is well behaved in the house (no cord chewing or digging). Please come and get him.
Photo by tiny banquet committee and may not be representative of actual bunny.

Via Craigslist comes this offer of a ride out of town:
We’re leaving the Winnemucca/Battle Mountain area on Friday the 10th, stopping in Reno to check out Hot August Nights for a couple of hours, and then continuing out to Sacramento along I-80. For $20 in gas money you can ride along. We can drop off and pick up anywhere along I-80. Air conditioned 1996 4 door car. No smoking in car, outside at the rare pit stops is fine. Must like animals, we may have a rabbit with us.
Also, we are going from the Sacramento area to Winnemucca/Battle Mountain on Wednesday or Thursday along I-80. We could do pick ups or drop offs on the way out too. Same deal, $20.
Click through to the Craigslist listing for the contact information.
